Support for high resolution monitors

- Peter Milton Planning has just released TimeChainage version 8.5.1.
- TimeChainage is now high DPI aware, so looks great on high resolution monitors. The control button graphics have been given a re-fresh as well.
- If you have an old version of TimeChainage, now might be a good time to upgrade. Special prices are available for existing customers who want the latest version of TimeChainage.
